Terms of Service
Stryn by SVVIM LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Stryn platform and website at stryn.io ("Stryn," the "Service"), operated by SVVIM LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("SVVIM," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Stryn is a dealership video platform. Dealerships subscribe to Stryn to host professional walkaround videos of their inventory on branded vehicle pages, which their sales staff share directly with customers. Filming and production services, subscription fees, and per-video pricing are governed by the Dealer Service Agreement between SVVIM LLC and each dealership. These Terms cover use of the platform itself.
2. Accounts and access
Dealership users access Stryn with login codes issued through their dealership. You are responsible for keeping your login code confidential and for activity under your account. Dealership administrators control which staff have access and at what permission level, and may pause or remove access at any time. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is unauthorized or abusive.
Vehicle pages shared with shoppers are publicly accessible by link and do not require an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to circumvent the Service's security or access controls; access another dealership's data; use the Service to violate any law, including telemarketing and text-messaging laws; upload content you do not have the right to use; interfere with the operation of the Service; or resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with SVVIM.
4. Dealership content and responsibility
Dealerships and their staff are responsible for the content they upload and share through Stryn, including vehicle information, pricing accuracy on their own websites, photos, videos, and any customer contact information they record. Dealerships represent that they have the right to use and share this content and that their outreach to customers complies with applicable law. When sales staff share vehicle pages by text or other channels, those messages are sent from the salesperson's own device and accounts. Stryn does not send messages to shoppers on a dealership's behalf.
Dealership content means the materials a dealership supplies, such as its logo, brand colors, vehicle information, and any content its staff upload themselves. We do not claim ownership of dealership content. Dealerships grant SVVIM a license to host, process, stream, and display it as needed to operate the Service. Videos and media produced by SVVIM are not dealership content: SVVIM owns them and licenses them to the dealership under the Dealer Service Agreement, even though they are delivered through the Platform.
5. Video and platform availability
We work to keep the Service fast and available, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the platform evolves. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers (such as hosting or video infrastructure) or events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Fees
Platform subscription fees and per-video production fees are set out in each dealership's Dealer Service Agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, subscriptions are month-to-month and may be canceled with thirty (30) days' written notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Stryn platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SVVIM LLC. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Stryn name or marks. Videos produced by SVVIM for a dealership are licensed to that dealership for use in connection with selling the filmed vehicles, as described in the Dealer Service Agreement.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (available at stryn.io/privacy) describes how we collect and use information. By using the Service you consent to that collection and use.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: SVVIM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SVVIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the Service. SVVIM's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by the applicable dealership to SVVIM in the three (3) months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars ($100) for users without a paid agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
Dealerships agree to indemnify and hold SVVIM harmless from claims arising out of their content, their customer outreach, or their violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
Dealership subscriptions end as provided in the Dealer Service Agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms. Upon termination, dealership vehicle pages are taken offline; we may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and the parties consent to jurisdiction there.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the updated version with a new effective date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
