Terms of Service
Stryn by SVVIM LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Stryn platform and website at stryn.io ("Stryn," the "Service"), operated by SVVIM LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("SVVIM," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Stryn is a dealership video platform. Dealerships subscribe to Stryn to host videos of their inventory on branded vehicle pages, which their sales staff share directly with customers. Those videos are a walkaround of the vehicle and, optionally, a short intro clip in which the salesperson introduces themselves to the shopper. Dealership staff record and upload both themselves. Subscription fees are governed by the Dealer Service Agreement between SVVIM LLC and each dealership. These Terms cover use of the platform itself.
2. Accounts and access
Dealership users access Stryn with login codes issued through their dealership. You are responsible for keeping your login code confidential and for activity under your account. Dealership administrators control which staff have access and at what permission level, and may pause or remove access at any time. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is unauthorized or abusive.
Vehicle pages shared with shoppers are publicly accessible by link and do not require an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to circumvent the Service's security or access controls; access another dealership's data; use the Service to violate any law, including telemarketing and text-messaging laws; upload content you do not have the right to use; interfere with the operation of the Service; or resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with SVVIM.
4. Dealership content and responsibility
Dealerships and their staff are responsible for the content they upload and share through Stryn, including vehicle information, pricing accuracy on their own websites, photos, videos, and any customer contact information they record. Dealerships represent that they have the right to use and share this content and that their outreach to customers complies with applicable law. When sales staff share vehicle pages by text or other channels, those messages are sent from the salesperson's own device and accounts. Stryn does not send messages to shoppers on a dealership's behalf.
Where a video shows a person, including an intro clip a salesperson records of themselves, the dealership represents that it has that person's permission to publish their name, face, and voice on a vehicle page that anyone with the link can view. A person shown in a video may ask SVVIM to remove it, and we will honour that request without requiring the dealership's agreement.
Dealership content means the materials a dealership supplies, such as its logo, brand colors, vehicle information, and the videos and other content its staff upload. We do not claim ownership of dealership content. Dealerships grant SVVIM a license to host, process, stream, and display it as needed to operate the Service. Where SVVIM supplies a video to a dealership as a demonstration or a courtesy, that video is treated as dealership content on the same terms.
5. Video and platform availability
We work to keep the Service fast and available, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the platform evolves. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers (such as hosting or video infrastructure) or events beyond our reasonable control.
Intro clips are not stored indefinitely. We delete a salesperson's intro clip thirty (30) days after it is recorded, whether or not the dealership's subscription is still active. This happens automatically and we do not notify anyone before it does. The vehicle page keeps working: it shows the salesperson without a clip, exactly as it does for a share that never had one. Walkaround videos are not deleted on a timer.
6. Fees
Platform subscription fees are set out in each dealership's Dealer Service Agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, subscriptions are month-to-month and may be canceled with thirty (30) days' written notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Stryn platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SVVIM LLC. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Stryn name or marks. Ownership of dealership content, including the videos a dealership's staff upload, is covered in section 4.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (available at stryn.io/privacy) describes how we collect and use information. By using the Service you consent to that collection and use.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: SVVIM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SVVIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the Service. SVVIM's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by the applicable dealership to SVVIM in the three (3) months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars ($100) for users without a paid agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
Dealerships agree to indemnify and hold SVVIM harmless from claims arising out of their content, their customer outreach, or their violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
Dealership subscriptions end as provided in the Dealer Service Agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms. Three different things happen to three different kinds of data:
- Vehicle pages are taken offline.
- Intro clips are deleted thirty (30) days after they were recorded, on the schedule described in section 5. That schedule runs on its own and is not changed by termination, so a clip may be deleted before an account ends or shortly after it does.
- Records of shares and page views created during the subscription remain in our systems and are not deleted automatically; see the Privacy Policy for how to request removal.
A dealership keeps its own original recordings throughout. Staff record on their own phones, so the source files are on the dealership's devices and are not something SVVIM holds or returns.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and the parties consent to jurisdiction there.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the updated version with a new effective date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
