Do my customers need an app?
No. It is a web page. They tap the link and the video plays. Nothing to install, no account, no login, nothing to sign up for.
Does this replace my CRM?
No, and it is not trying to. Your rep copies the link and sends it from wherever they already work, including your CRM, so the reply comes back to the same thread. We do not collect leads and we never contact your customers.
Can customers book a time?
They pick from two times on the car page, and the request goes to the rep who sent it. That rep confirms in the thread they were already in, so there is no second text thread and no new number for your store to give out. Nothing is booked until your rep says so.
Who shoots the videos?
